Another tennis player ranked in the top 20 has refused to compete in the Paris Olympics. World leader Yannick Siner accomplished the feat on Wednesday, followed a few hours later by Denmark’s No. 1 rocket, Holger Rune.

Such things were to be expected given the problems Rune had last week in Hamburg, namely a left wrist injury, from which he explained he had tried but failed to recover.
The Olympic draw will take place at 12:00 pm on Thursday, with Serbia’s Novak Djokovic as the top seed.
