The commissioning of new ambulances for the emergency department and short-term hospitalization unit will implement the supply of emergency vehicles to the Social Security Institute’s 118 Center.

The new vehicle guarantees greater safety in the transport of patients and enhances the possibility of timely intervention in the area. This new vehicle, of class A, like its predecessor, has been named “Falco 31” and thus becomes part of the supply of emergency vehicles to the International Space Station, which currently consists of 3 other very modern and interchangeable vehicles (ambulances that can be progressively upgraded) and a medical vehicle.

On this occasion, the ISS leadership stressed the importance and strategic value of the emergency activities of the Emergency Room, which is the main entrance and exit of the hospital and the interface with other emergency centers in the Romagna and Marche regions, with which important collaboration is carried out.
