On the closing day of the 45th Conference of Friendship of Peoples, Luca Beccari, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, spoke at a panel entitled “Single Market, Euro, PNRR: Which Economic Development for the EU?” The meeting was attended by Raffaele Fitto, Minister of European Affairs, Piero Cipollone, member of the Executive Board of the European Central Bank, and Enrico Letta, author of the European Single Market Strategy report.
Beccari focused his intervention on the ongoing European integration process, reviewing the main steps and defining future trajectories that will lead San Marino to a better and more effective integration into the Single Market, with repercussions in the political, economic, social and cultural spheres.
During the group meeting, the Secretary of State was able to discuss with the speakers, especially the Italian Minister, in particular the bilateral relations with Italy, which must be strengthened and adapted to the new Communities Articles.
On Saturday, the Regent Captains, Excellencies Alessandro Rossi and Milena Gasperoni, visited the Chamber, welcomed and accompanied by the Directors of Rimini’s activities and the political, diplomatic and military authorities.
The Regent visited the exhibition “Servus Inutilis. Alcide De Gasperi and Politics as Service” which was presented last August 6 at Villa Manzoni in San Marino by Paolo Alli, Secretary General of the De Gasperi Foundation.
During the Rimini Week, detailed and substantive meetings and discussions took place between some members of the San Marino Executive and the guests and speakers of the Conference, through the coordination of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with whom there is ongoing cooperation and synergy.
