Rockhal has announced that legendary singer-songwriter Bob Dylan will perform in Luxembourg on October 28th.
Nobel Prize winner and music icon Bob Dylan will return to the stage in Luxembourg after seven years. The 82-year-old Dylan continues his “Never Ending Tour” which he started in 1988 and has averaged more than 100 performances per year over his 60-year career.
So, what is Bob Dylan’s life like? Bob Dylan was born in Hibbing, Minnesota, an iron mining town. He taught himself piano and guitar at a young age and played in several bands, driven by his love for music. After one year at college in Minnesota, he left school to pursue his musical dreams – a decision that was clearly worth it. In addition to changing the course of music, Bob Dylan has touched the hearts of millions of people around the world. Many of his 1960s songs, such as “The Times They Are A-Changing,” became anthems for the Civil Rights Movement and brought him fame.
At 82, Dylan is still touring, traveling the world and letting the world see him. He has more than 50 albums and more than 600 songs, among his most famous tracks are “Like a Rolling Stone,” “Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door” and “Make You Feel My Love.” His songs have been covered countless times by famous artists such as Guns N’ Roses, Stevie Wonder, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Adele and Jimi Hendrix.
