ST KITTS AND NEVIS (WINN): The Royal St Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) has denied allegations circulating on social media that one of its officers was involved in the kidnapping of a teenager.
The RSCNPF said in an official statement that the claims were baseless and untrue.
Police stressed that any allegations of misconduct will be taken seriously and the public would like to be assured that the police are committed to the safety and well-being of the community.
The statement stressed the importance of verifying information before sharing it online, noting that spreading false information could hinder ongoing investigations.
