(CNS) – Traffic in the capital may be worse than usual this afternoon as traffic diversions are implemented to accommodate more work on the Georgetown Revitalization Project in the downtown area. The diversions began at 10:30 a.m. Friday, about four hours earlier than officials notified the public, and will last until 6:00 p.m. Saturday.
The diversion will begin in the median area between the CIBC and Elizabeth Square to facilitate construction work in the area. For more information, updates and advice on this long-term project, visit the relevant social media pages Facebook.com/GTRevitalisation or Instagram.com/gtrevitalization
