San Marino Comics – August 23-25
The 11th edition of “San Marino Comics” – the Festival of Comics and Popular Culture of the Republic of San Marino – this year presents a rich program with 12 themed areas inspired by Frank Baum’s The Wizard of Oz, allowing the public to immerse themselves in the fairytale atmosphere and interact as protagonists.
On August 25th at 4 pm there will be a concert of the Military Band of the Republic of San Marino in Piazza Liberty, conducted by Maestro Stefano Gatta.

Artist EDUARDO KOBRA solo exhibition – until September 3
On the occasion of the celebrations of the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of San Marino and the Federative Republic of Brazil, the Exhibition Space of the Secretariat of State for Tourism of San Marino will host a solo exhibition of works by Brazilian artist and painter Eduardo Cobra, famous worldwide for his murals created using the graffiti technique.

Intricate political and human allegories of Domenico Maria Belzoppi, a remarkable character who lived in San Marino for 30 years, dedicated himself to defending the independence of the Republic and granting asylum to Italian patriots of the Risorgimento, five times serving as Regent Captain, etc. Protagonist of the so-called “Garibaldino Scampo”.
