Web Desk: Pakistan Rangers Sindh and Police launched an anti-bandit operation in Kacha area in which a most wanted criminal was killed, two of his accomplices were injured, a police officer was martyred and two others were injured during the exchange of fire.
According to a Sindh Rangers spokesperson, one wanted robber was killed while two others escaped with injuries when the robbers opened fire during the operation in Kacha area.
According to a Sindh Rangers spokesperson, Kundkot police constable Lashari died heroically while two officials were injured in an exchange of fire with the robbers.
According to the spokesman, the bandit killed in the encounter was identified as Mal Ghazal, the brother of the Balkani bandits, whose head the Sindh government had identified and whose name was mentioned in several cases.
Sindh Rangers surrounded the area and detained six suspicious persons for questioning. During the operation, the Rangers and police also destroyed the hideout of the robbers.
