Planning permission is being sought to convert a former restaurant in west Donegal into a holiday hotel.
Katherine Galvin plans to develop the building in Carnmore Road, Dungloe, with bedrooms and dining facilities on the first and second floors.
The two-storey building has also previously been used as a showroom and offices.
