A Douglas care worker accused of sexually assaulting a vulnerable woman will appear in court again later this year.
The man cannot be identified publicly after Tynwald council passed a new law earlier this year that bans the publication of names of suspected sex offenders.
He denied touching the woman at his workplace on April 28, but could not reveal the name of the workplace to avoid exposing his identity.
Bail was refused and he was remanded in custody to appear in court again on October 1.
