The federal government has announced Rs 50 lakh for the families of the missing persons.
It is understood that the Federal Government has decided to provide financial assistance and rehabilitation grants to the families of the missing persons.
Financial assistance will be provided to the families of missing persons for more than 5 years, rehabilitation grants will be provided to the families of missing persons for more than 5 years, and financial assistance and grants will be provided to 1,000 families.
Azam Nazir Tarar’s speech
Federal Law Minister Nazir Tarar told the media in Islamabad that in the past we were exploited by world powers and we were facing many problems due to terrorism.
Azam Nazir Tarar said that Pakistan was facing terrorism due to the war in Afghanistan and the government was making continuous efforts to find the missing persons and a special committee had been formed by the PDM government which was also serving in the caretaker government.
He further stated that the disappearance of any person is extremely tragic for his family and that the report was prepared in consultation with secret and state agencies and confirmed that the government is providing assistance to the affected families.
