Caterina Petro: Actually, this was an idea from a friend. It was 2008, and the whole world was facing a crisis. At that time, I was faced with an opportunity: should I continue to live in the same place, or should I take the opportunity and continue to live in the same place. Elcande Luca:I spent 11 years in Bergamo, Italy. I was very young there, I arrived there when I was 21, I met my wife and we started a family. Life there didn’t make a lot of sense. It was always labeled.
Brundi Fevziu: Is there a big Italian bias?
Elcande Luca: Out of proportion. No matter how good you are, no matter how good you are, you are always Albanian… I am Albanian and I say the name with pride, but when they say the name with contempt, you get angry. I feel unappreciated. In Australia, we live with an unprecedented diversity of ethnicities.
Albanian lawyer who has lived in Canada for 23 years chooses Korca for wedding
Albanian lawyer Lusi Brace, who has lived in Toronto, Canada for 23 years, chose Korça to officiate her wedding.

My family is in Albania and I come every year.
Meggie Pepaje said in her confession that her Arab husband had visited Albania, where he enjoyed the delicious food and beautiful natural scenery.
Meggie Papage: I got married in Dubai and I am an influencer. Arab husband is from Iraq but lives in Tunisia, I met him in Turkey. I have a little daughter. I brought my husband to Albania and he really liked the food and nature and he was very positive about Albania. I gave him “laknur” and he preferred the kebabs, dry meat and “laknur” in Shkodra. Irena Stanova: The mother died in 1985, but we have a birth certificate, a marriage certificate from the Czech Republic, and a permit. We have been together for 33 years.

Meridiana Dodaj, an Albanian doctor living in Perugia, Italy, went live on the KKK TV show “Opinions” to show her life in the neighboring country since she left Albania in 2004 to study there.
After studying in Italy, Doda chose to spend her life there, where she was fully integrated into the community. She recounts how she did not face any prejudice during her studies, and even now in her medical career, because she is from Albania.
Meridian added: I came to the Perugia Medical School in 2004. In 2011 I went to Rome to specialize in lungs and in 2016 I returned to Perugia where I am currently a lung specialist at the University Hospital. I am responsible for bronchoscopy, which is a procedure we perform here for tumors.
Brundi Fevziu: Do you come to Albania often?
Meridian added: I come here quite often. Once or twice a year.
Brundi Fevziu: Is there a big community in Perugia?
Meridian added: Yes, there are quite a few. There are also many Albanians who come to the hospital. There are also Albanians who come from Albania to do various diagnostics. We are beautiful.
Brundi Fevziu:How is life there compared to life in Albania?
Meridian added: Life here is more or less like in Albania. Our life is calmer, but there are changes, not to mention that medicine is different. I tried to go there, but here I fit in completely. I also have a husband, he is Italian and a doctor.
Brundi Fevziu:Have you ever thought about returning to Albania?
Meridian added: Return to Albania, it depends. Maybe with menstruation.
At the same time, regarding the fact that Italians are pouring into Albania, Dodayi said that this is because the Albanian coast is very beautiful and the prices are very favorable.
