The Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense reported that Armenian armed forces opened fire on Azerbaijani positions.
The statement issued by the Ministry of Defense stressed that the Armenian army opened fire on the positions of Havush in Ordubat Province, Nurgut in Shahbuz Province and Nankishlak village in Shahbuz Province between 10:05 and 17:50 local time in Nakhchivan Autonomous Region.
The statement pointed out that at around 19:00 local time, the positions in the village of Upper Buzgo in Babek province came under fire, and the Azerbaijani military responded accordingly.
