One33 brothel owner claims privacy breach of top lawyer Tony Bouchier

Now the brothel madam’s mother says she is concerned about her daughter’s “fragile” state after she spent days camping out in the cold brothel with little food.

“I am worried, my daughter has not eaten for four days and does not have the energy to stay warm,” said Jean Kumar.

“She sounded vulnerable. She sent me texts that no mother wants to read.”

A landlord company owned by Tony Bouchier claims the brothel owes it $176,993 in rent and insurance.

One33 director Aartisha Kumar denied this, claiming that Bouchier reneged on his verbal promise to waive part of the outstanding rent.

She had previously refused to leave the building at 133 Vincent Street when security guards took control of the building on Monday, instead choosing to camp out in the foyer in protest.

Kumar said she flagged down a passing police car on Wednesday night and asked officers to intervene.

While speaking to police and security, Kumar said she rushed into the building from the foyer and closed the door to prevent security guards from entering.

She said she told security guards they “would not be allowed in and if they wanted to go in they would need a court order”.
