Singapore, Singapore, July 18, 2024 /EINPresswire.com/– OL Mining Inc (“OL Mining”), the mining subsidiary of Singapore-based OLC Project Management, has announced a strategic technology partnership with XCALIBUR Multiphysics SL (“XCALIBUR”), a leading mining technology company based in Spain.
The two parties will work with Impact Global Development Partners Ltd (“IGDP”) to advance mining exploration and development plans in Africa. The two parties signed a memorandum of understanding on June 1, 2024, which aims to promote long-term, effective and mutually beneficial cooperation and ultimately establish a business relationship that will have a positive impact on the region.
Specifically, Xcalibur will lead a comprehensive mapping program in selected African countries in several phases, each targeting specific goals and outcomes. At the same time, IGDP will leverage its extensive network of government decision-makers to facilitate discussions, secure authorization and approval of mapping projects, and mobilize funding to support implementation of each phase.
OL Mining and OLC Project Management will provide key support for project structuring, presentation to interested parties, and investment in financing mechanisms developed for the program. In particular, OLC Project Management will leverage its extensive network in Asia to mobilize interested mining companies and investors into Africa.
