The yachts on the Halifax waterfront often attract attention, but one currently docked is causing people to do a double take.
The Samsara, which is docked near Bishop’s Landing, is reportedly owned by Harry Potter author JK Rowling.
On Sunday, people came to visit the yacht to see if anyone was on board. Sometimes the crew could be seen.
According to the websiteSuperyacht fans‘, Samsara was sold to Rowling in 2023 for $150 million.
