Damascus (SANA) – The Ministry of Tourism and Syrian Telecommunications Company signed an agreement to participate in the electronic service system.
Engineer Ziad El Balhi, Tourism Measurement and Quality Manager at the Ministry of Tourism, explained that the agreement was reached within the framework of the government’s focus on digital transformation, improving the quality of digital government services, providing the Ministry of Tourism’s services electronically, simplifying procedures, saving time and effort, and completing services faster.
Al-Balhi said that the existing system of the Ministry of Tourism will be linked with the government service system provided by the Syrian Telecommunications Company so that comprehensive services can be gradually provided on the government service platform.
