A man who assaulted his ex-girlfriend has been fined.
On July 3, Craig Brereton, 42, pushed a woman against a stair railing at his home on Lakeside Road in Douglas.
He admitted the assault when he appeared before magistrates at Douglas Court – the hearing heard the woman suffered minor injuries in the attack.
He was fined £750 and ordered to pay prosecution costs of £125.
