What is RSS
RSS is “Really Simple Syndication”. It updates automatically and you will get the latest news. Almost all blogs and news websites have their own RSS feeds. This is a great way to syndicate their content. Readers often get a preview of the news. If the reader finds the article/story valuable, then they will click on it and read it on the original website.
For more details about RSS see Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RSS_(file format) and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_feedThe Wikipedia article is probably too long, so CNET has a good one here (http://reviews.cnet.com/4520-10088_7-5143656-1.html)
