The arrival of the injured firefighters in Zagreb’s Dubrava province was confirmed by Dr. Ivana Kovaj, director of the Karlovy Vary Hospital.

She added that his condition was serious and he was immediately transferred to Zagreb as soon as he was stabilized because the Karlovy Vary hospital did not have a thoracic surgeon.
Firefighters earlier briefed us on how police were heading to the scene and how they were investigating. They also added that they currently have no information on the cause of the explosion.
– Because of this, the fire is still not localized and we are afraid of more explosions – the Karlovci firefighters told us.
