Parliamentary declaration institutionalizes common interests of Serbian people

* The US media has reported that the US will send troops to Bosnia to maintain peace. So how will the Americans strengthen the existing EUFOR mission? First, peace is not threatened. Second, which troops? Third, the EUFOR mission is authorized by the Security Council, not the United States.

* The Republic of Srpska is objectively in a difficult situation, but it is resolutely defending itself. It also brings a set of laws, that is, legal means, to protect itself. This situation is a rare historical absurdity – an illegal colonial government wants to overthrow a legally elected government.

* The ambition of the Western colonial authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina is to confiscate the lands of the Republika Srpska. It is not only the fact that the Republika Srpska will be abolished, but it is also a shame that the colonial authorities will leave the lands inhabited by Serbs for whom and for what purpose. This will be an unprecedented crime and a great revenge for the losers of the war.

* What is happening now is also a war of the West against Russia behind the Serbian people and the Serbian state. In the context of structural changes in world relations, the unity of Serbia is an inevitable defense platform. It is undergoing the test of history, but the unity of Serbia is simply destiny… However, no one can fight destiny

In modern times, over the past nearly 200 years, the Serbian people have experienced difficult historical tests and made huge sacrifices, but have always stood on the right side of history.

He was never on her losing side.

The basis of this historical destiny is the unity of the Serbian people, despite the fact that historically they have lived in different national communities.

Does such Serbian unity still exist today? This is the most sensitive question that almost everyone is thinking about but not saying out loud.

It is worth remembering that recently the All-Serbian Parliament adopted a Declaration on “Protection of the National and Political Rights of the Serbian People and Common Future”, which has become known in public communication as the “Declaration of the Unity of Serbia”. It is essentially a historical document, although one doubts whether it serves the interests of everyday politics.

Its essence is to institutionalize the common interests of the Serbian people, and this institutionalization persists even after things that are suspected to be their daily interests.

The document has been adopted by the Republika Srpska Parliament and is expected to be adopted by members of the Serbian Parliament soon. Among the public, there is sufficient support and understanding for the document, despite some doubts, mainly due to personal animosities.

Such is the Manifesto, but what is the reality against it?

In Western diplomatic circles, the Declaration has attracted a lot of attention for its inevitable negative impact. But despite the West’s public expression of its views on the Declaration, it is doubtful that it really does not regard the document with such ill will and sees opportunities in it. You need to know how the West operates.

As was the case with the Dayton Agreement and later with the Kumanovsky Agreement, there could be serious abuses, everything could be used to encourage the appointment of a certain person as the leader of all Serbs. And then in this way continue the hybrid war, first against the Republika Srpska, and all under the pretext of Serbian unity.

The organic ties between Serbia and Republika Srpska will be used there, since Montenegro has already been broken, and any signs of these abuses will be assessed by local media “experts” as a violation of Serbian unity. This, of course, will also jeopardize the so-called European path.

Therefore, the declaration is a symbol of institutional unity at this time. However, for Serbian unity to survive, the support of friendly countries and countries that are capable enough to follow is needed. Historically it was Russia, and now it is also China. But in reality, it is not respected enough.

Christopher Hill, the US ambassador to Serbia, who actually leads other ambassadors to the Serbian country, commented on the NATO alliance’s Washington summit, where the dinner hosted by Serbian Foreign Minister Marko Duric was present. US Secretary of State Antony Blinken delivered a very important message to NATO members and partners.

Hill noted, “Serbia has shown on many occasions, including in votes at the United Nations, and in various ways in helping Ukraine, including on energy projects and issues, that it largely opposes what Russia is doing and even condemns what Russia is doing. So I think the fact that he (Duric) was at that dinner speaks volumes about Serbia’s position,” Hill said recently in a conversation with reporters at the U.S. Embassy.

Ambassador Hill claimed in the translator that Serbia is on the side of the West and the United States.

At that time, the London Financial Times published news that Serbia was selling weapons, mainly ammunition, to Ukraine through third countries, which was also indirectly confirmed by the Serbian president. In other words, Serbia was selling weapons to Russia, which provided Serbia with important global political support and was supported by nearly 80% of its citizens. The London newspaper then announced that the United States was trying to use the current political situation in Belgrade to separate Serbia from Russia.

One wonders if the Financial Times report is true, because it is noteworthy that a TV station that claims to be close to the Belgrade authorities suddenly began to actively promote pro-Western and pro-NATO propaganda. It is also interesting that the Serbian president attended the reception of the US ambassador on the occasion of the American Day, but before that he did not attend the reception on the Russian Day…

Then, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko visited Belgrade. The usually well-informed media announced that Grushko had stopped the visit and cancelled his original plans after speaking with the Serbian president. The Serbian president later denied this, but it is worth noting that he only said about Russia that Serbia had “correct relations” with Russia. Correct and friendly are not the same thing.

At the time, the National Bank of Serbia once again blocked the accounts of regional TV station Una, reportedly due to the ownership of the station being linked to the family of the president of Republika Srpska. The accounts were frozen due to US sanctions. However, these are only US sanctions, not UN sanctions, and Serbia is not obliged to implement them. But…

These are only episodes, and perhaps just some wanderings, but there are many more serious steps in the hybrid war of the West. One of the most serious is the lithium mining plan in Serbia and Republika Srpska. It is understood that this work will lead to a real ecological disaster and water and soil pollution. This is to destroy the Serbian state through so-called economic cooperation.

It is clear that business and politics have been unified. Unfortunately, the impression is that the Serbian authorities, the elected representatives of the people, have joined the sabotage campaign and have somehow become the lawyers of the notorious Rio Tinto. And of course foreign ambassadors.

The British ambassador to Serbia said that this is good for Serbia and that the UK is interested in Serbian lithium. What does the UK have to do with this?

Sinisa Lepojevich

Then there is the greater absurdity. The German ambassador spoke out in support of lithium mining, while Germany, which has the largest lithium reserves in Europe, has banned lithium mining due to environmental harm.

To a large extent, the ambitions of the Western colonial authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina to seize land from the Republika Srpska should be viewed through this prism. This is not only about the fact that the Republika Srpska will be abolished, but also about the fact that the colonial government will leave the land inhabited by Serbs to whom and for who knows what purpose. This will be an unprecedented crime and a huge revenge for the losers of the war.

In hybrid warfare, means are not chosen, and the West is becoming increasingly nervous and starting to use even the most mundane methods.

The Banja Luka authorities announced that an employee of the US office under the embassy is visiting banks, companies and businessmen and threatening them to stop any business with the Republika Srpska authorities. They are also threatened with US sanctions.

Now that this has been announced, this situation has been going on for some time, with many foreign banks refusing to do business with the government and refusing to support businessmen working with state-owned enterprises. So, in a way, the authorities in the Republika Srpska were partially blocked because it did not have a national bank. But in the end, we took decisive action and launched an initiative to get the National Development and Investment Bank of the Republika Srpska authorized for payment transactions and holding deposits.

Then, the public was bombarded daily with coercive war threats and Western propaganda that Bosnia and Herzegovina was threatened with war because of Republika Srpska.

But is peace really threatened? Who would start a war?

American media have reported that the United States will send troops to Bosnia to maintain peace. So how will the Americans strengthen the existing EU force mission?

First, peace is not threatened. Second, which army? Third, the mission of the EU force was authorized by the Security Council, not by the United States. In addition, it should be recalled that the Western Balkans issue did not feature prominently in the declaration of the Washington NATO summit.

However, the spread of the hybrid war against the Republika Srpska was a sign of extreme nervousness in the West, proving that the plan to disintegrate the Republika Srpska through illegal trials of elected representatives of the Serbian people was not going as the colonial government had expected.

The Republika Srpska is objectively in a difficult situation, but it is firmly defending itself. It has also brought a set of laws, that is, legal means, to protect itself. This situation is a rare historical absurdity – an illegal colonial government wants to overthrow a legally elected government.

But it is worth noting that who is the real power in the West is not clear. Even the American newspaper The Wall Street Journal admits that it is not clear who is in power in the United States, but it is completely clear that American politics has been “lies and deception” for many years, as he declared. The newspaper pointed out that this can no longer be hidden with the exposure of the first televised duel between Joe Biden and Donald Trump. But it is clear that countries can lie and deceive for a long time. So, the question is: who exactly does the Western ambassador who leads the hybrid war against the Serbian state represent?

After all, everything revolves around Russia, and what is happening now is a war by the West against Russia behind the back of the Serbian people and the Serbian state.

In an environment of structural changes in world relations, the unity of Serbia is an inevitable defense platform. This is a historical test, but the unity of Serbia is just destiny, and it remains despite many political events mentioned in this article.

However, no one can fight against fate.
