Confirming the news in an interview with Hindustan Times, Kritika said, “My character plays a major role in the evolution of Matka in Mumbai in the 70s and 80s. Matka, of course, is satta or gambling, which was introduced and revolutionized by Vijay’s character (King of Matka), and my character goes on the journey with him and shapes it.”
The show, which features twists and turns, is expected to entice viewers and the 35-year-old actress is confident that these elements will keep viewers interested. “As we all know, gambling has a lot of ups and downs, just like a thriller, it changes the plot.
