Earlier this week, the Isle of Man Tourism launched its new marketing campaign, ‘The Isle of Man, iTT is more exciting’, to encourage people to book for the 2024 Isle of Man TT event.
The campaign stars an unnamed, helmeted motorcyclist as he travels around the island, taking viewers on a humorous exploration of the Isle of Man and highlighting the various activities and attractions that can be enjoyed beyond racing.
Until now, the identity of the event’s characters has remained anonymous, but visitors and residents are now invited to start guessing who is under the helmet for a chance to win two tickets to a VIP hospitality experience at the RST Superbike race on Sunday, June 2, courtesy of Enterprise Racing.

“My first visit to the Isle of Man as a child was also my first experience of motorcycle road racing, which sparked my passion for the sport. My career in the Isle of Man TT events has therefore accelerated my love affair with the island, and the opportunity to work with the Isle of Man Tourism on this new event and celebrate the place I get to call home for a few weeks each year was an opportunity I couldn’t resist.
“With the race now less than a month away, I hope this new event will spark interest in TT racing and inspire new and old visitors to explore new parts of the island and take part in new activities they may not have seen or done before. My personal highlight was swapping my scooter for a water bike and riding the waves in Port Erin Bay. As for who I am, just keep following the Isle of Man Tourism social media channels for tips and teasers!”
To enter the competition, visitors and residents simply need to comment on the Isle of Man Tourism’s social post with their guess for a chance to win. The competition closes at 12pm on Friday, May 10, and the anonymous figure will be revealed shortly afterwards.
