If a planning application has not yet been finalised, you can also use this service to submit objections or comments in support of the application.

Comments or objections to this listing must be made by September 6, 2024.

We have sent each applicant a laminated Site Notice to be displayed on site, or to show to landowners who are not applicants.

Planning Board Public Meetings

The next public meeting of the Planning Committee will be held remotely via Microsoft Teams at 10am on 19 August 2024 in the Ground Floor Meeting Room of Murray House, Havelock Hill, Douglas, Isle of Man.

Copies of the meeting agenda are available from the department at least three business days before the meeting or on the department’s website.

The public and applicants are welcome to attend the meeting.
