Established in August 2021, MCALS is a confidential service run by Manx Care that works to drive positive change across the health and social care system by listening to and acting on both positive and negative feedback.
The service is designed to improve the patient and service user experience by helping to resolve issues quickly, providing advice and pointing people in the right direction to get the help they need.
