Under section 273a(3)(A) of the Companies Act 1931
The Ministry of Enterprises hereby informs that the following companies have applied for a declaration of dissolution under section 273A of the Companies Act, 1931. Unless written objection is received by the Ministry within one month from the date of this notification, the Ministry of Enterprises may dissolve these companies.
