Iran is one of the countries with the highest cosmetics consumption in the world, but more than 80% of the products on the market are unhygienic.

Meanwhile, the Director General of Cosmetics and Health Products of the Food and Drug Organization announced the use of industrial-grade raw materials and heavy metals to reduce the production costs of unauthorized cosmetics, which are extremely dangerous to health.
