This significant achievement marks a critical step towards our vision of a secure and autonomous digital future for the Hazara community.
Kamran Mir Hazar, founder of Digital Hazaristan, said: “With this official registration, we have taken a critical step towards our vision of a secure, autonomous digital future for the Hazara community. The Hazara people have faced unique challenges throughout their history. challenges, and digital inclusion is a critical step in overcoming them and building a better future. By harnessing the power of technology and building partnerships, we aim to address these challenges, unlock the full potential of the Hazara community and empower them to be positive. Building a brighter digital future for Hazara stateless nations:
Digital Hazaristan is developing a robust Hazara Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) framework as the cornerstone of the Digital Hazaristan ecosystem. The framework will enable the Hazara community to:
• Safe access to essential services such as health care, education and financial resources.
• Exercise your rights and participate in civic activities online and offline.
• Build a stronger collective identity and enhance community cohesion.
Kamran Mir Hazare stressed: “The framework will be developed in a transparent and accountable regulatory environment, adhere to international standards and protect individual privacy, in line with the objectives of the Hazaristan Charter.”
Enhanced access to basic services:
Digital Hazaristan is developing a robust Hazara Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) framework that will help facilitate access to basic services for millions of Hazaras around the world. The framework will:
• Enable safe and secure identification: This enables individuals to interact with service providers in the digital realm, unlocking access to online platforms and services.
• Promote trust and transparency: The SSI framework promotes trust between individuals and service providers, thereby enhancing the delivery and utilization of essential services.
• Supporting service providers’ outreach: By creating a robust digital infrastructure, Digital Hazaristan aims to facilitate service providers to reach and engage with the Hazara community more effectively.
Examples of essential services facilitated by ecosystems include:
• Healthcare: Secure access to online medical consultations, appointment scheduling and health information management.
• Education: Supports participation in online learning platforms, educational resources and digital certifications.
• Financial resources: Facilitating secure online financial transactions, access to micro loans and other financial services.
• Digital Democracy: Empower participation in online voting processes and referendums in democratic institutions such as the Hazaristan Dai Parliament.
Notably, Digital Hazaristan does not provide these services directly, but rather acts as a catalyst to enable individuals and service providers to connect and interact in a secure and efficient digital ecosystem.
