Government formed, parliament elects deputy ministers

Economist Elfet Ismaili was elected Deputy Minister of Defense. His work experience began at the Main and Regional Roads Fund. From 2006 to 2008, she was the Director General of Post Skopje 2, and from 2008 to 2019, she was employed by AD Macedonian Post as a Marketing Assistant. From 2019 to 2024, she was a companion of a staff member of the Macedonian Delegation to NATO in Brussels.

Astrit Iseini, who graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education, Sports and Health with a Doctor of Science in Kinesiology, was elected Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs. He is an associate professor at the University of Tetovo and the Faculty of Biotechnological Sciences in Bitola.

Alen Dereban, a master of law in international law and international relations, passed the bar exam and was elected deputy minister of justice. Since 2014, he has his own law firm and served two terms as a member of the Struga City Council.

Nezhdet Mustafa, a postgraduate professor of philosophy, was elected deputy minister for community relations. He served as mayor of Shuto Orizari from 1996 to 2002. He then served as a member of parliament and from 2006 to 2017 as a minister without portfolio – national coordinator of the Roma Decade and Strategy.

Zoran Dimitrovsky, a master of political science with many years of experience in the media, was elected as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, concurrently serving as editor-in-chief and chief editor. Dimitrievsky was elected as Deputy Minister of Local Self-Government for 2020-2023.

Victoria Trajkov graduated from the University of Saint Petersburg Kliment Ohridski – Bitola with a PhD in Economics. She has been employed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 2010 and has been elected Assistant Professor at the University of Skopje since 2019.

Nikolce Jankulovski – PhD in Economics, currently Professor at the Department of Agricultural Economics at the University of St. Clement Ohritsky in Bitola. He has published several national and international publications.

Marjan Risteski – Graduate economist, elected Deputy Minister of Economy and Labor, Mayor of Prilep from 2005 to 2017. He is the winner of several international and national awards.

Miroslav Labdovic, Master of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, was elected Deputy Minister of Energy, Mining and Mineral Resources. Since 2022, he has been working as Engineering Manager at Telamon Corporation.

Flakron Bejeti, professor of political science at the Mother Teresa University in Skopje, was elected as Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management. He has many years of experience working in pension and disability insurance funds. He was previously State Secretary of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy and is currently the head of the Department of Petitions and Suggestions, the Legal Department.

Economist Jovica Andovski was elected Deputy Minister of Health from 2011 to 2017. He is acting Director of the Secretariat of the Southeast European Health Network, as well as SEEHN National Coordinator.

Doctor of Linguistics Luzm Aliu was elected as Deputy Minister of Education and Science. He is a full professor of the subject of teaching methods of the Albanian language, children’s literature at the Pedagogical Institute “St. Clement Ohridsky” of St. Petersburg University. Cyril and Methodius – Skopje. In 2023-2024 he served as Deputy Dean.

Gjoko Velkovski is a graduate economist with many years of experience in the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, former Secretary of the City of Skopje and Technical Minister of Labor and Social Policy in the last technical government. From 2013 to 2024 he served as Chairman of the City Council.

Ercan Selimi, a master of political science, was elected Deputy Minister of Local Self-Government. From 2009 to 2014, he served as an advisor to the Cabinet of Ministers, but without a portfolio. From 2014 to 2024, he worked as a civil servant in the General Secretariat of the Government; from 2017 to 2024, he served as a member of the Skopje City Council.

Sedat Suleimani, who graduated from Uludag University in Bursa, Turkey with a degree in theology, was elected as the Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism. He previously served as Deputy Minister of Culture and has been employed by the Municipality of Tetovo since 2023 as a professional administrative support consultant for the Municipal Supervisory Department.

Master of Economic Sciences at the Faculty of Marketing Management Radoslav Nastasijević Vardžiski was selected as Deputy Minister for Digital Transformation and has been working in the City of Kumanovo since 2019.

Laze Jaqimoski, Clement Ohritsky Bitola, associate professor at St. Louis University Kichewo School of Law. He has published many books in the country.

Doctor of Science Kaltrina Zekoli Shaqiri was elected Deputy Minister of Transport. From 2016 to 2023, she was a professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences of Mother Teresa University, and from 2023 to 2024, she was elected Acting Dean. Dean.

Ane Lashkoska, a chemical engineer who graduated from the Skopje Faculty of Sciences and Mathematics and served as a member of Parliament for many years, was elected as Deputy Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning.

Safiye Sadiki Shaini is an Informatics Engineer at the Faculty of Sciences and Mathematics of Tetovo State University, and from 2012 to 2019 she was Deputy Assistant in Informatics, and she was elected Deputy Minister of Sports. She is a representative in the Parliament from 2020 to 2024. Since 2020, she has been an Assistant in Informatics at Mother Teresa University.
