The new summer menu includes delicacies such as sea bass ceviche, tomato sauce, grilled sea bass with vegetables, burrata with cherry tomatoes and grilled peaches, cream of celery soup with apples and Basque cheesecake. The new menu includes some of the restaurant’s classics such as orange pepper tuna, slow-cooked (24 hours) lamb, smoked duck puree and arugula chips. Each dish is carefully prepared to satisfy the most refined palates.
Of course, the food is accompanied by a carefully selected wine list that perfectly complements this unusual menu and interestingly, here you will find small local, high-quality wineries that you will hardly be able to try anywhere else.
