Four foreigners have been deported from Sri Lanka.
The Maldives Immigration Department stated that after receiving a report from the Maldives Police Department, the Immigration Department and the police conducted a special inspection on the 11th of this month.
Three foreign women and a foreign man acting as their agent were arrested during the inspection.
The immigration department said four foreigners had been deported after investigation. It did not provide further details.
