The MoU defines the operational methods of cooperation related to the activities to be carried out to maximize the success of the event, both during the preparatory phase in San Marino and during the exhibition at the Osaka Pavilion.
The signing of the agreement marks the start of the Japan World Expo, which will open on April 13, 2025 and will remain open to more than 28 million expected visitors in the six months until October 13.
“I am very satisfied”, declared Commissioner General Francini, “that with today’s signing we renew a collaboration with the Economic Development Agency that has proven to be very fruitful.” In addition to standardizing technical-financial procedures, one of the goals is to follow up on activities that promote economic growth in our country.
“With the signing of this agreement, we are confident that we will be able to continue the collaboration that has yielded positive results in the last session,” said President Colombini. “We consolidate previous experience, capitalize on it and enrich it by increasing the presence of business representatives on the ground. We also believe in the potential for economic development of companies in our region and in the ability of the contacts created through the meetings held during the Osaka exhibition to bring advantages over time.
