The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that it published the following on its website this morning: https://www.esteri.sm/pub1/EsteriSM/UE/Accordo.html A courtesy translation of the first part of the text of the Association Agreement with the European Union, drawn up by the Translation Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It is also explicitly stated that the text provided is the result of an internal translation and does not in any way constitute the official text of the Association Agreement.
This is a translation of the institutional part of the Agreement (page 1\83) and the seven framework agreements (pages 84\153); the rest of the text will also be available shortly.
While the notice will still receive an official translation from the Union authorities, it is now possible to note the important parts of the text itself.
