“The kitchen is designed in a light country style with bright colors. We created 3 strips: a high unit, a huge island in the middle and another unit where the sink and stove are designed. This arrangement has no corners and allows a pleasant flow, practical and comfortable behavior. In addition, there is a connection between the kitchen and the nearby balcony, where my son is waiting. The family has a dining area for daily meals and there is almost no need for a TV screen. The balcony can be adjusted and viewed from almost any angle – both outside and inside the kitchen.”
A glass door next to the kitchen leads to the family nook used as a playroom for the children, from which there is another exit to the family balcony: “We designed a private, experiential space for them, with lots of storage for toys and books, a deep and cozy seating area and a multimedia wall. This space is another example of the planning concept we wanted to create – strategically placed important spaces, some hidden and some visible to the public space. In fact, the various areas of this apartment were not named all at once, but in stages, which makes it interesting, different and experiential.”
