The work of the Grand General Council resumes Paragraph 7 – Approval of statutory acts – Laws and enabling acts.
First, approve the “reaffirmation” statute, which is the enabling statute: No. 93 of June 27, 2024 – Reaffirming the Delegated Decrees Nos. 84, 86, 87, 90, 91 and 92 of 2024 (rPassed with 43 votes in favor and 9 votes against); 2Decree No. 97 of June 7, 2024 – Reaffirming Law No. 89 of 2024 (rIt was passed with 43 votes in favor and 10 against.
Ratification does not mean approval of the content of the original decree, but only its continuation in force.
Secretary of State Marco Gatti, on behalf of the State Assembly, requested the revocation of the approval of Delegated Decree n. 1 (Discipline of the “Made in San Marino” and “100% Made in San Marino” brands), as political forces are working to define a PDL that is as shared as possible, Delegated Decrees n. 74 (Support measures for the reconstruction of hotel accommodation facilities), n. 78 (Creation and modification of role profiles, changes to the second general needs of the wider public in the sector and simplification of the public personnel recruitment procedure), n. 81 (Reform of the San Marino Conservatory); the latter will be the subject of discussion in the State Assembly.
Repubblica Futura called for the “splitting” of Decrees Nos. 2, 12, 17, 18, 21, 79 and 82.
Tomorrow, Motus Liberi calls for the “split” of Decrees No. 23 and 38.
These works have been debated and Block votes on non-separation ordinances 89, 15, 33, 34, 35, 39, 40, 41, 42, 66, 67, 70, 85, 88, 91, 94, 95 and 96.
Nicola Renzi (RF) spoke of “an institutional bottleneck caused by the responsibility of the previous government. For Matteo Zeppa (Rete), “all these decrees are overwhelmingly due to the thousands of delegations that have existed in the budget in recent years”. He asks for “the accompanying report on the CGG website of the important decree 79”.
The non-separation decree was passed with 43 votes in favor and 7 votes against.
