The Montenegro Automobile and Motorcycle Association provides technical assistance to road users on public roads, which includes providing roadside assistance, repairing minor breakdowns and providing at least one free vehicle towing to the first service or repair shop for all vehicles registered in Montenegro.

As of September 15, heavy motor vehicles with a maximum permitted weight exceeding 7.5 (seven point five) tonnes will be prohibited from passing on the following sections of main and feeder roads on a daily basis:
