The Dominican Republic has announced a series of events to honor Olympic gold medalist triple jumper Thea Lafond Gadson.
The celebration takes place this Saturday at Douglas Charles Airport.
Minister of State for Sports and Culture, Senator Oscar George, highlighted some of the events being held in honour of Lafongadson.
