It was noted that of the approximately 23,000 children living in the child protection care system, that is, children in foster homes with adoptive parents, a quarter of them were contacted by child rights representatives in the past year and a half through the National Center for Patient Law, Welfare Law, and the Children’s Law and Documentation Center (OBDK).
