CUET UG Result Tentative Date and Time
Currently, there is no specific date or time for the announcement of CUET UG results, either by NTA or UGC Chairman Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar. The information bulletin of NTA stipulates June 30 as the date for the announcement of CUET-UG results. However, the results were not announced on June 30. NTA is yet to release any official information. As the National Testing Agency (NTA) is grappling with allegations of question paper leak involving NEET-UG and UGC-NET. The controversy has affected several other entrance exams including CUET UG. The delay in the results will also affect admissions to several colleges.
It is noteworthy that the CUET UG provisional answer key was released on July 7; candidates can raise objections till July 9. CUET answer keys have been released for both computer-based and pen-based examination modes. The National Examinations Agency held the CUET (UG) – 2024 examination in a hybrid mode (CBT and pen-based) on May 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, 24 and 29, 2024 at various examination centres located in 379 cities (including 26 cities outside India) with around 134,800 candidates appearing.
The challenges raised by the candidates will be verified by the subject expert panel. If any candidate’s challenge is found to be correct, the answer key will be revised and applied accordingly to all candidates’ answers. Based on the revised final answer key, the result will be prepared and declared. No candidate will be informed whether his or her challenge has been accepted.
