The Cambodian national volleyball team has qualified for the 2025 Southeast Asian Fifth League Championship after its success in the 2024 Southeast Asian Fifth League Challenge hosted by Cambodia.
In the first match on August 30, Cambodia defeated Malaysia 3-1. In the second match, Cambodia defeated Laos 3-0 on August 31 and Singapore 3-1 on September 1, respectively, and advanced to the first division of the ASEAN Championship.
In the semi-finals of the 2024 Southeast Asian Fifth League Challenge Cup on September 2, Cambodia Team 1 will face Laos Team 4 at 8 am, and Malaysia Team 2 will face Singapore Team 3 at 8 am. 10 am.
The winner will compete with the champion for a prize of 100 million riels, the loser will compete with the third place for a prize of 20 million riels, the second place team will receive a prize of 30 million riels, and the fourth place team will receive a prize of 10 million riels.
