Ten participants complete food training and certification program

Ten graduates of the recently concluded Seed Mentor Training Programme are now equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to mentor and support potential micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the Fond St. Jacques community.
These dedicated employees completed a comprehensive two-month training program organized by EcoFood Training Certification Agency. The train-the-trainer program is an offshoot of the Community Business Revitalization Project, a collaboration between the Taiwan Technical Mission and the Ministry of Commerce’s Small and Medium Enterprise Development Center.
The training content includes:
- Training and workshop assistance,
- Introduction to agricultural product processing,
- Food safety and hygiene,
- Sustainable cooking operations,
- Food business basics, and
- Digital marketing.
These newly graduated Seed Mentors are excited to share their expertise and help aspiring entrepreneurs thrive. Congratulations to all graduates! We look forward to your positive impact on the small and medium-sized businesses in and around Fond St. Jacques.
