Coca-Cola HBC Serbia and Bambi presented the Sustainable Business Report 2023. The eleventh report of Coca-Cola HBC Serbia and the fourth report that also includes data from Bambi is titled “Sustainability – a force for shared change”. The report highlights how a focus on customers and consumers, innovation, digitalization, employees and environmental protection can help create long-term value. Significant investments were also announced that will further integrate sustainability into processes.
With a market share of 44% in the soft drinks category and 48% in the biscuits category, Coca-Cola HBC Serbia and Bambi continue to respond to changes in consumer lifestyles. The low or no sugar segment of the portfolio was strengthened through new products as well as the launch of gluten-free biscuits. In the coffee and alcoholic beverage categories, Coca-Cola HBC Serbia launched up to 40 new products, while Bambi continued to innovate while launching very successful brand collaborations with companies such as Dr Oetker, Friko and McDonalds. However, both companies highlighted the most important achievements in this field. Quality is inviolable – as there were no recalls or product withdrawals from the market in 2023.

Through volunteering, employees of Bambi and Coca-Cola HBC Serbia provided more than 2,000 hours of support to the community. Initiatives to empower young people and women and encourage recycling remain our priorities in this area.
