Kathmandu, July 16. Clashes on Kathmandu Street 2 left one person dead and six injured.
According to the police, a dispute broke out between neighbors near Podtor 2 Street, Kathmandu Metropolitan City 17. 33-year-old Anit Punari died due to the attack with a sharp weapon.
Locals Subindra Pojari, Kiran Pujari, Dinesh Pujari, Maya Pujari, Vikram Pujari, Amrut Pujari were injured in the incident. They are undergoing treatment at the Teaching Hospital, National Trauma Centre and People’s Hospital.
The police have arrested seven people involved in the incident. Sujal Deula, Amrit Pujari, Sagar Deula, Rabindra Pode, Kaleni Pujari, Tikamaya Pujari and Dharti Pujari were under the control of police officer Britta Lainchaur.
According to police, the Kathmandu regional police station and the Britta Ranjore police station are investigating the incident.
