Choppies hints at return to South Africa

Choppies Group, a fast-moving consumer goods giant with a significant presence in Southern Africa, has left the door open to returning to the South African market, although no concrete negotiations have yet taken place. The company’s CEO Ramachandran Ottapathu said that while there are no current plans to return to South Africa, changes in market dynamics could change that in the near future.
