Cars were flooded in an underground parking lot in Minsk. The press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported this.
“Rescue workers in Minsk continue to pump water out of the underground parking lot at Kolasa Street 73/3, where 14 cars are completely submerged,” the message said.
As of 15:40, traffic has been restored in 43 flood-prone areas affected by the rainfall.
As you know, heavy rains in Minsk in the first half of July 18 caused dozens of floods in many areas of the city. Public transportation on many routes has been suspended.
