The St. Lucia Food Hub Ltd., in partnership with Diamond Products, Makro Grocers and Valley Cold, is pleased to announce the Diamond Grill Master Competition, a highly anticipated community event that will be held on the scenic Pigeon Island Causeway from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sunday, August 25, 2024. This exciting competition will feature eight talented contestants from across St. Lucia, all vying for the prestigious title of Diamond Grill Master.
A celebration of culinary skills and community spirit, the event promises a day of great food, fun and friendly competition. Attendees will have the opportunity to witness grill masters prepare a variety of mouth-watering dishes including fish, pork and chicken. People’s Choice Awardthe public can taste the contestants’ creations and vote for their favorite dishes.
The contestants for this year’s competition are:

- Babonneau – Jean-Claude and Khavon Brown
