Australian cricketers Travis Head, Marnus Labuschagne, Mitchell Marsh, Pat Cummins, Usman Khawaja and Josh Hazlewood underwent an interesting lie detector test. During the test, all the cricketers were asked some interesting questions and if the answer was correct, a blue light on the buzzer would light up. However, if the answer was wrong, a red light on the buzzer would light up and the corresponding player would receive a little electric shock. The players were asked several questions related to their personal lives, during which they also revealed several things related to another Australian cricket star, Glenn Maxwell.

This test was conducted inFletch and CindyThe show aired on Fox Television. NDTV could not independently confirm the credibility of the test.

Travis Head was asked if he drank more than 35 beers after Australia won the 2023 ODI World Cup. The star batsman replied “no” but was given an electric shock. “That’s a lie,” said one of the two hosts on the show.

During the hilarious interaction, Labuschagne was also asked about the correct pronunciation of his name.

“Is the Australian team better off without David Warner?” was the question Khawaja was asked. He answered “no”, but the red light was on.

Notably, Maxwell missed his team’s 2023 Cricket World Cup match against England after he met with an unexpected golf cart accident. According to reports, Maxwell slipped and fell from the back of the cart and suffered a head injury, hence he was left out of Australia’s 11-man squad for the match against England.

“Do you think Glenn Maxwell falling off a golf cart was a cover-up?” asked a host from Khawaja.

“No! Because I was there. I saw him fall from the car with my own eyes,” Khawaja said, but he was shocked, but according to the rules of the game, this was a lie.

Meanwhile, Mitchell Marsh revealed Maxwell went to Türkiye to get a new set of teeth.
