This week, England’s Arsenal U21 team began preparations for the 2024-2025 season.
The English team announced some of the departures and arrivals of players. For his part, the Costa Rican Elian Quesada stayed and the club offered him a one-year contract extension with the option of another year.
This was confirmed by his father, Rubén Quesada, in a statement given to the Al Pie del Deporte show and www.everardoherrera.
Elián was born on January 19, 2005 in London to a Costa Rican father and a British mother. He has been linked with Arsenal since 2015.
He signed his first professional contract with the England team in 2023. He had the opportunity to train with the first team under the Spanish coach Mikel Arteta.
