A trade union organization claiming to have 40,000 members held a protest in front of the Labor Union and Human Rights Center (Central) on June 14 and submitted a petition to the Ministry of Interior to monitor the organization’s activities. After the Central Organization released the Cambodia “Shadow Report”, the government’s position accused the Central of influencing the economy of workers and investors.
