Anurag Kashyap blamed YRF chief Aditya Chopra for the failure of YRF’s last three major shows.
Kashyap was asked to comment on the defeat Jayeshbhai Jordar, Samrat Prithviraj, and Shamshehra, He responded, “A guy sitting in a cave, not knowing anything about the outside world, dictating to everybody how to make a movie, telling them what to do.”
“Obviously, you are digging your own grave. You have to empower people instead of dictating,” Kashyap added.
He further added, “If Aditya Chopra hires a group of people, he needs to empower them, not dictate them, not control the casting, not control everything.”
“Sitting in an office, if you trust them, hire good people and let them make the movie. That was the mistake he made. He didn’t let them do their thing,” Wasseypur gangs Manufacturer says.
